APPOINTMENT POLICIES - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

If you are unsure of which services to book or would like to send pictures of your desired look, please call or text Ellie at 646-963-5228. You will receive a response within 24 hours.

Deposits​
A deposit is required for every client at the time of booking to secure your appointment time with Ellie. All prices and service lengths are visible in the online booking portal. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be transferred to your future booking as long as 48 hours notice is given. Additional requirements for hair extension deposits - please see below.

48 Hour Cancellation Window
If you need to cancel or reschedule, do so at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid losing your deposit.

Late Arrivals / No Shows
Appointments over 15 minutes late, cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or no show appointments will be subject to cancellation and loss of your deposit.

Hair Extension Consultations & Deposits
A consultation prior to your extension appointment is highly recommended to determine the desired application method, color matching, texture, length and quantity of hair you will need. Your $75 consultation deposit goes towards the purchase of the hair. The cost of the hair extensions are separate from the hair extension application service. All sales are final on hair extension purchases with no returns or refunds. Deposit consultation credit expires 3 months from consultation date.

After Hours Appointments
Our normal business hours are 8am - 4pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays; and 11am-6pm on Thursdays. Ellie is happy to accommodate requests for services outside of normal business hours. After hours fees start at $100 per hour, in addition to service charges. Please contact Ellie via phone or text at 646-963-5228 for after hours availability and bookings.

​Book All Services
Book all the services needed so the appropriate time is allotted. Ellie may not be able to accommodate the addition or removal services at the time of appointment.

Ellie's schedule stays very full, so advance booking and planning is recommended.
